İba Valresa Boya ve Kimya A.Ş. was found in Ankara, 2005, by İba Kimya A.Ş.: and Valresa SA companies, with cooperation of Turkish and Spanish, in order to service in manufacturing and marketing and design of Wood and Industrial Dye and varnishes.

Was built on a 32.000 M2 area and, in the facility; furniture dye and varnishes, industrial dye, thinner, hardener and alkyd resins are produced.

After starting producing dye and varnish in 1977, Ankara, İba Kimya A.Ş. Also found Production Facilities of Paint Powder in 1995 and became the leader producer of Turkey Paint Powder Sector.

Valresa SA started producing furniture dye and varnishes in 1965, Valencia-Spain and its second facility was opened in 2004, Mexico. Valresa branded dyes are among the bests of global reaching 6000 customers in 5 continents.

İba Valresa Boya ve Kimya A.Ş., which celebrated its 40th year in 2017 in the paint industry, is developing planned and programmed.

In 1977

It's started producing isolation chemicals, thinner and dissolver in 1977.

In 1979

It's started producing wood dyes and İBAVET branded products were made known in 1979.

In 1980

Majority shares of industrial dye producer VOLKAN Paint Factory was bought by DAL Family in 1980.

In 1984

It started producing alkyd resin in 1984.

In 1988

After deciding to operate in the sector of electrostatic paint powder İBA Kimya A.Ş., transferred its furniture dyes, alkyd and thinner production and marketing to İbavet Boya ve Vernik Ltd. Şti., which was founded by it.

In 1999

ISO 9001:1994 license was received after founding İBA Kimya A.Ş. Quality safety system in 1999.

In 2002

ISO 9001:2000 quality management system license was renewed in 2002.

In 2005

İba-Valresa company was founded after deciding co-investment with Valresa/Spain company in wet paint in 2005.

In 2005 Yılında

Founding facilities of new paint powder and wet paint were started in 1. Organized Industrial Site extending area in 2005.

In 2015

ISO 9001:2008 quality management system license was renewed in 2015.

In 2015

Integration of SAP system as the ERP system was provided.

In 2018

ISO 9001:2015 quality management system license was renewed in 2018.
